"Be Kind Give Time" was born out of a personal journey marked by resilience, compassion, and the transformative power of community support. In a challenging time of transition, following redundancy as the organisation I was part of went into administration, I found myself navigating the uncertainties of the professional world.
Amidst this turmoil, the kindness of individuals who volunteered their time and expertise became an anchor of support. From crafting impactful LinkedIn profiles and resumes to sharing invaluable career advice, their generosity not only aided my own journey but also inspired a ripple effect of kindness.
Motivated to pay this forward, I shared this wealth of knowledge and support with my teams and peers, fostering a culture of mutual assistance and empowerment.
